Is the division responsible for all things staff related. That includes recruiting, vetting, selecting, hiring, onboarding, training, promoting, paying, and firing employees and independent contractors.
This divison manages the relationship between the management and workmen and the role of a regulatory body to resolve any industrial dispute. The Industrial Relations divison establishes, impliments and executes the regulatory body to resolve industrial disputes. This includes Collective Bargaining.
Responsible for the routine payment of employees.
Focuses on the wellness and overall health of the municipal employees through employee wellness programs and social clubs. The wellness office internally advocates for employees in regards to their health and wellness.
Coordinates, leads and directs the department heads, officers and employees in the administration of the municipality in accordance with the policies and plans approved and established by the Mayor and Council.
